Thai-Nihon Seals is manufacture, of high-en seals and o-rings, including custom molded rubber components.

Our product are developed from company core value on rubber compound technology to serve various industries.

Rubber molded component in various material products. Such as Sheet, Gromment, Boot or specialty custom designed.

A range of O-rings in both AS568A and JIS sizes are readily available.

Our product manufacture to suit many applications with our standard compounds of NBR, FKM (Viton), HNBR, fluoro-silicone and silicone etc.

 

Quality System

Qualification of o-rings

Thai-Nihon Seals products are controlled using approved compound with property controlled through JIS standard testing methods. However, in order to serve variety of local industrial specification for rubber seals, our o-rings are qualified through ASTM standard.

The special o-rings by Thai-Nihon Seals are produced using clean room facility.
